Over the past few years, my work has quietly evolved.
What began with bespoke pet portraits, capturing personality, expression and detail by hand has grown into something broader. Storytelling is still at the heart of what I do, but the canvas has expanded.
Today, I’m excited to share my new website and a new direction for my work.
From Portraits to Product & Brand
While portraiture remains a meaningful part of my practice, I’ve recently stepped into larger collaborative projects that combine traditional craft with brand design and creative direction.
I was commissioned by Dorking Distillery to design six new bottle labels, hand-painting each piece before refining them digitally for production. The project grew into packaging design and eventually evolved into an Art Director role. Shaping brand visuals and luxury content creation.
Soon after, I was invited by Wag & Wool to collaborate with National Trust for Scotland on the Tails of Scotland collection. I developed the original illustrations for the Pink Castle and Blackface Sheep designs — now woven into British-made knitwear and carrying the mark:

What “Designed by Charlotte” Means
This new direction represents more than projects — it represents a signature.
It’s about:
Story-led design
Traditional craft refined for production
Heritage and sustainability
Creating pieces that feel meaningful and made to last
Whether I’m painting a portrait, designing packaging or shaping a brand visually, the intention remains the same.
Moving Forward
This website reflects that growth. It’s a space where fine art meets collaboration and where I’m excited to continue working with brands who value craftsmanship, story and thoughtful design.
